Relational and Sex Therapy for
Individuals and Couples

I’m a sex therapist who helps people who find it hard to talk about sex. I work with clients who have complicated relationships with their bodies, difficulty sharing with partners, or blocks around sexual expression. I support couples with differing desire levels and help people process distressing experiences that limit access to pleasure. I’m especially interested in how sex and intimacy are affected by one’s relationship with their body, including changes after illness or surgery. I’m trained in EMDR and IFS and work within a trauma‑informed, relational framework.

Not everyone comes to therapy for sex-specific concerns. I also support folx navigating life transitions, including early adulthood, pregnancy, postpartum and parenting, career changes, relationship transitions, and health concerns.

I don’t take my role as a therapist for granted and I know how challenging it can be to “do the work.” I believe each person’s life is full of rich experiences beyond the presenting concern. You are the expert in your life; my role is to support you with curiosity and compassion as you learn more about how you show up.

I am a good fit if you are looking to work on:

  • Sex and Intimacy, including desire differences in couples

  • Identity formation (i.e. settling into a new role including: spouse, parent, empty nester, etc.)

  • Perimenopause and menopause

  • Setting boundaries

  • Work related stress, including switching careers

  • Preparing to grow a family

  • Body image and body grief

  • Opening relationships

  • Divorce

  • New health diagnosis

  • Chronic illness

Sessions take place in Jenkintown, and virtually upon request, through a HIPAA secure web platform.
